DAY 1: 2023 DEPART TO SAMBURU GAME RESERVE
An early morning departure from Nairobi to Samburu National Reserve through central Kenya passing Kenya’s biggest pineapple farm. The drive is about 6-7 hours but with breathtaking attractions on the way making the journey a very interesting one. You pass by the equator line on the way, Mt Kenya is usually visible in the mornings. Reach northern Kenya at Samburu Shaba lodge in time for lunch. DAY 2: 2023 EXPERIENCE SAMBURU GAME RESERVE
Enjoy an early morning game drive and afternoon game drive and have a good time viewing the Samburu special five. The Samburu five includes the gravy’s zebra, reticulated giraffe, Beisa oryx, Masai ostrich, and the gerenuk these animals cannot be found in any other park. DAY 3: 2023 SAMBURU GAME RESERVE TO LAKE NAKURU NATIONAL PARK
Early morning breakfast and then head to Lake Nakuru National Park. the lake lies on the floor of the Great Rift Valley surrounded by wooded and bushy grassland. The attraction here includes the lake itself, bird watching (the greater and lesser flamingo including other species of water birds), Makalia waterfall, and game drives. We have a variety of animals such as lions, buffalo, rhinos, leopards, zebras, antelopes, impalas, and many more animals. The Park also acts as the conservation area for the black and white rhinos. Arrive in the afternoon in time for lunch. After lunch enjoy an evening game drive. After the game drive, enjoy your dinner and overnight stay at Lake Nakuru Sopa Lodge. DAY 4: 2023 LAKE NAKURU NATIONAL PARK TO MASAI MARA NATIONAL RESERVE
Enjoy the early morning breakfast and depart for the famous Masai Mara National Reserve. Drive through Mau Forest which is the largest indigenous montane forest in East Africa. The Mau Forest is the largest drainage basin in Kenya and numerous rivers originate from here including the Mara River. Masai Mara is the home of the famous BIG FIVE i.e. lion, buffalo, elephant, leopard, and rhino. Also available to see is the UGLY FIVE which includes the hyena, warthog, wildebeest, marabou stock, vultures, and some other animals. DAY 5: 2023 EXPLORE MASAI MARA NATIONAL RESERVE
Spend the whole day at the park, have more time to drive to the interior part of the park, and interact more with animals within their different habitat. Carry your lunch boxes with you so that you don’t need to hurry up when inside the park to get back to the hotel for lunch. The balloon safari is another great experience within the area which is done very early in the morning at an extra cost. The sun rises when you are in the sky. While up there on the balloon you will enjoy the park’s, magical views taking superb photos. Later on your way to the hotel after the game drive, you can visit the Masai village(optional) and interact with the Masai people and allow them to end your day with happiness through their dancing and learning much about their culture. DAY 6: 2023 MASAI MARA NATIONAL RESERVE TO NAIROBI
After breakfast, check out the rooms and head back to Nairobi believing that after the tour, what is left in your mind and what is in your camera memory is unforgettable.
